In order to strengthen and consolidate the whole foreign trade sales staff about the professional knowledge of products, Elsine  was holding a "go to the workshops" training activities for more than two months. 

The engineers and the workshop directors from each subsidiary company respectively explained the whole sales staff about the products specifications, the manufacturing, processes of orders, lead time, making documents and reception etiquette knowledge and so on. 

After the training, there are two tests for the products knowledge, the documents and the reception etiquette.
